Brainstorm 9-1-1 Training and Consulting is a progressive organization focused primarily on creating courses and training products for Public Safety Communications Professionals. Our online Learning Portal offers easy access to short courses designed to help communicators and leaders meet any Continuing Dispatch Education requirements for various industry certifications. Additionally, we are available to consult on topics related to Public Safety Communications, Training, Software Solutions, and Operations.
Who We Are
Dan Lewis, Ed.D, ENP, is a working 9-1-1 Industry professional with 20 years of experience in front-line operations, training, and supervision. Dr. Lewis has devoted his career to not only the communities in which he has worked but also to training the next generation of professionals for the challenges that they may face.

BS: Emergency Management - Jacksonville State University
MS: HES - Interacative Technology - University of Alabama
Ed.D: Organizational Leadership and Development - Grand Canyon University
